Make attribute-to-script connections
Attribute-to-script connections enable you to use an attribute value for calculations. Instead of taking its value directly from another attribute, as with an attribute-to-attribute connection, an attribute-to-script connection can take another attribute's value and perform calculations upon it. If any of the attributes upon which it depends change in value, it calculates the value again and returns a new result.
Attribute-to-script connections use the value returned by the connected script to set an attribute's value. The script runs when an instance of the part is created and whenever any of the values it depends upon change.
The connection is, by default, a blue line with a large dot at one end and a hollow dot at the other end. An icon on the free-form surface represents the script.
