Label2 is similar to Label1, except that its top edge might need to be adjusted if Label1 grows vertically. To accommodate this, attach Label2's top edge to Label1's bottom edge, using an offset of 10.

For the text part to the right of Label2, use the same settings as for the previous text part, except attach it to Label2.
