Creating new editions of existing components
This chapter describes how to create new editions of existing components. Creating new editions enables you to continue work on your components.
The types of component versions for which you can create editions include the following:
•Classes
•Applications
•Subapplications
•Configuration maps
This chapter does not cover how to expressly create method editions. The system creates new method editions automatically when you change a method and then save your changes.
