Copy

Select Copy to reproduce the selected part in a different containing application. Copy is only available on the Full Menus.

Before copying a visual part, it is a good idea to generate archival code for the part.

Preconditions

To copy a part, these conditions must exist:

•You must be the owner of the part.

•Both the source and target applications must be editions, and not versions.

•You must be a group member of the target application.

•The class from which the source part inherits must exist in--or be visible in--the target application.
