Test to start a test run of the current view of your part or application. The test run displays the primary part of your view, placing it within a window if necessary. The test run behaves dynamically if you have created connections within the part. Test is always available for visual parts. But if you try to test a part that has runtime dependencies on other parts, the result is unpredictable.
Note:
If your part or application does not have the necessary connections, it might not run properly when tested and a debugger window might be displayed. This is normal behavior for partially-built applications. After you create the necessary connections, test your part or application again.
