The ORDER BY sequence list shows the sorting order and sequence of the columns in the ORDER BY clause.

Specify the sorting order you want for each column, and the sequence for the columns in the ORDER BY clause.

The sorting order can be either ascending or descending. The initial sorting order is ascending.

Use the ORDER BY sequence pop-up menu to set the sorting order of a column or move a column in the list.

The list contains the columns you have selected in the Columns list.
