CwWebViewEnvironmentOptions contains the WebView environment for all instances of CwWebView in a Smalltalk image.

This is a global environment in the sense that it affects the entire image. It is configured at image startup or when the WebView Support feature is loaded. A VM restart is required to apply any change to the global environment.

Using the <OSICoreWebView2EnvironmentOptions>, CwWebViewEnvironmentOptions communicates configuration to WebView2 and responds to WebView2 events concerning the <CwWebView> widget using WebView2 WinAPI/OLE protocols.
