GROUP BY Details
Use the GROUP BY Details window to specify the GROUP BY clause of a SELECT statement.
Note:
The GROUP BY clause will be removed from the SQL statement if you select Apply without specifying any columns.

Select Apply to accept the GROUP BY clause and close the window.

Opening GROUP BY Details
You can get to the GROUP BY Details window from the SELECT Details window by doing the following:
1. Make sure you have selected the tables and views you want to include in the FROM clause of the SELECT statement.
2. From the Clause pull-down menu, select GROUP BY.
