Use the Add to Palette window to add a new part to the parts palette. When you add a part to the palette, the entire visual or nonvisual part is represented with a part symbol in the category you select. The parts palette will use the name that you specified in the Class name field when you created the part.

Once you add parts to the palette, you can place the parts on the free-form surface in the same way you place parts provided with VA Smalltalk.

Select Promote to add the part to the category you select on the parts palette.
