Use the New database connection specification window to create a new connection specification.

Select OK to save the connection specification and close the window.

Select Apply to save the connection specification and keep the window open.

Select Cancel to close the window without saving the connection specification.

You can get to the New database connection specification window by selecting the New push button on the Database connection specifications window.
